Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and unused.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• You must request your return within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Bundles

Unopened products purchased as part of a bundle may be returned. If you return only part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted based on the regular price of the products you keep.

Example: if you purchase the Buy 2, Get 1 Free bundle (3 bottles for $109.99), open and keep 1 bottle, and return the other 2 unopened bottles, the regular $59.99 price of the bottle you kept will be deducted from your refund. Your refund would be $50.00.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to process the refund.
